We create each piece to order and like to put extra care and attention into making each of our fairies special for you. Please allow 3-4 weeks shipping for regular gallery items and 6-8 weeks minimum for custom orders. If you have a particular timetable you are working with, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will make every effort to satisfy you, our customer. On any gallery fairy ordered, if you are not satisfied with it, return it for a full refund or exchange less shipping. On custom orders, if you are not satisfied with your creation, we will redo it or exchange or refund all but the initial deposit and shipping.
